SP2 hot fix is now available

I've updated the original post on ISA SP2 to include the hotfix URL for the issues raised by SP2. If you have to access non-RFC compliant websites, then this hotfix might be for you. Be sure to read the details carefully. The hotfix will turn off certain security feature updates that the service pack made so be aware of what you're asking for.
